Pass the ERA

>>>ERA ON THE MOVE NOW after 36 sleepy years!<<<

  1. Virginia may well be the next and last state needed to ratify the ERA!!  Learn more in THIS Washington Post article.

  2. Nevada, Illinois and Virginia have voted to ratify the ERA!  --The first states to ratify after 36-years of work!  This puts up at 38 States to Ratify!!  This pushed ERA over the top, into the U.S. Constitution (though there is a long legal battle ahead).  We WILL do it, together with You.  You need US, We Need You!**

  3. Our very own ERA bills initiated by Carolyn Cook of DC and launched by us 4 then-ERA Leaders 10 years ago was HEARD for the FIRST TIME in 36 years by U.S. House Judiciary Chair, Rep. Jerrold Nadler on April 30, 2019!

Read the details of the Illinois passage here at NPR.  Please note:  the article states, "The Illinois Senate voted to ratify the ERA in April" [sic. actually, it was May, 2018].

All six states with Equal Rights Amendment ratification legislation filed are now vying to Be The One State to put it over the top and INTO THE U.S. CONSTITUTION: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, N.Carolina, and Virginia!   Email us from this page's bottom to find out how you can help from your state to PUSH it,  OR click here for special tips for you.
WOW.  It has taken a long time.  But there is still work to be done!

The EQUAL RIGHTS AMENDMENT to the Constitution becomes law when it is approved by 75% of the 50 states, or 38 states.

We have only one more state to go.
WE KNOW THAT TOGETHER WE CAN DO THIS!
YES WE CAN!
