That the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) did not pass earlier surprises many. But the effort to get an ERA is indeed still alive and well. For the ERA to pass we just need 1 more state to ratify it -- it will then pass into the U.S. Constitution! All Amendment partners nationwide are focused now on the remaining most potential ratifying state.
We of the Equal Rights Alliance Inc. focus on this singular purpose:
To see the Equal Rights Amendment pass into the U.S. Constitution.
We do this by:
lobbying Congresspersons and state lawmakers, and assisting/mentoring the other states with Amendment ratification legislation.

The National Equal Rights Alliance Inc. does this for YOU for FREE by mobilizing, organizing and publicizing the swelling need for America’s Equal Rights Amendment which is already in place in every nation created since WWII. We advocate that the U.S. Equal Rights Amendment be in our Constitution, too. We perform research via several national legal teams and spread information by cyber-newsletters, talks, rallies, media interviews, talking with officials, give speeches anywhere you ask us in Florida, the Southeast U.S., D.C., at nearly 67 Florida County Legislative Delegation meetings every year while helping to mentor the 4 other Equal Rights Amendment-active states: Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, and now Virginia. It's a year round 18/7 schedule.
Our Wish For You Is Our Goal, Our Purpose
Our wish for all is that the world and this nation is at peace, working together in solidarity for the Common Good, with equal treatment for All. Let's start with OUR nation, and let's move on this current effort, now, with our plan to authenticate it for American females and males, so that all enjoy and profit by having such principles voted in, codified by the United States Constitution so that they are embodied in and guaranteed by The Law of the Land.
No laws, no individual state's own constitution, no U.S. Constitutional law, nothing currently does this. So, discrimination on the basis of sex is not prohibited effectively anywhere in United States law. That allows unconscionable sex discrimination to thrive in the "democracy" called America, and for unjust, unequal treatment between male and female to exist unbound.
