  1. Virginia may well be the next and last state needed to ratify the ERA!!  Learn more in THIS Washington Post article.

Nevada, Illinois and Virginia have voted to ratify the ERA!  --The first states to ratify after 36-years of work!  This puts up at 38 States to Ratify!!  This pushed ERA over the top, into the U.S. Constitution (though there is a long legal battle ahead).  We WILL do it, together with You.  You need US, We Need You!**

The EQUAL RIGHTS AMENDMENT to the Constitution becomes law when it is approved by 75% of the 50 states, or 38 states.
